Colin Matthews to quit as Heathrow CEO

Heathrow Airport, the airport operator formerly known as BAA, is to lose CEO Colin Matthews, who will resign in June after eight years in the role. He will leave following the opening of the upgraded Terminal 2, but probably before approval for a third runway at Heathrow has been secured.
“It's impossible to see through to the absolute end. It's not going to be over any time soon. It's been a great six years and it's appropriate that someone takes it on to the next phase," he told a conference.
